How to file a claim with us
You've been involved in an auto accident, or your
home’s roof was damaged by heavy winds, or one of your employees was
injured on the job ... What should you do? If you’re insured by
Harleysville, your next step is to contact our
24-hour claims service. You can do that in one of two ways:

to submit your claim online.
In either case,
you’ll need your policy number and the basic information about what
happened to help determine the extent of your loss. If you call, our
courteous and professional staff will start all the necessary paperwork
and you won’t have to complete a written report. And, if damage has
occurred, we’ll also advise you on the proper steps to take to protect
your property from further damage.
Whichever
method you choose, we'll take it from there—and inform your insurance
agent of your loss, so you won’t have to.
